1. Service Agreement
When you book a session with CoralCrest Cleaners, you're entering into a professional agreement built on trust. We provide premium commercial and residential cleaning services, specialized stain removal, and total odor elimination. But how do we ensure you get the best results?
We ask that clients provide reasonable access to the property and power/water utilities. Our technicians are trained to the highest industry standards, ensuring your carpet fibers aren't just surface-clean, but hygienically restored. Don't worry about the heavy lifting; we'll handle the logistics as long as the area is cleared of small valuables.
2. Payment & Cancellations
Transparency is the core of our business. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior invoicing arrangements have been made for commercial accounts. Life happens—we get it.
Have you ever had a sudden emergency? We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Within this window, a small fee may apply to cover our logistics. We're committed to fair pricing and honest estimates.
3. Liability & Satisfaction
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we'll return if a spot reappears within 48 hours of cleaning. However, CoralCrest Cleaners cannot be held liable for pre-existing wear and tear or permanent dye stains that have already set into the textile fibers.
We utilize eco-friendly, high-grade solutions to protect your health. Always check with our project manager if you have specific allergies or concerns regarding delicate upholstery materials.
